Why maintaining fitness levels is KEY

Lately, I've been slacking off with my fitness. Now that concert rehearsals are underway, I've realised how important fitness is. Recently, I was reading a few blog posts and they stated so many reasons to be fit. Here are a few of my favourites.

1. Improves your mood

2. Improves and strengthens your immune system

3. Helps you sleep

4. Speeds up your metabolism

5. Improves your IQ.
