Pre-Dance Snacks

Before dance, I don't have enough time to spend making a filling snack. Since I get home at 5:45 and dance starts at 6:30, I prepare food in the morning or before I go to school. Here are my two favourites.

1. Banana and Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

- 1 Banana, cut

- 5 strawberries, cut

- One and a half cups of milk

- Vanilla Yoghurt

- Drizzle of honey

Place all ingredients into blender and blend to how smooth you want it!

2. Apple and Peanut Butter

Cut up apple to bite sizes. Dip into the peanut butter and enjoy!
